Context

Due to the strong competition in the pharmaceutical market, company executives are faced with the issue of brand promotion and increasing sales. One of the most effective ways to stimulate sales of the company is a properly developed system of motivation of pharmacy employees, since most people trust the advice of pharmacists when choosing a product.

The main principles that should be observed when developing a motivational program for employees are mutual benefit for employees and managers, simplicity and visibility.

Develop a motivational program for pharmacy employees to stimulate brand sales.

Solution

We have created a chatbot in the Telegram messenger for pharmacists and pharmacists. Users are trained in a convenient format, answering questions from a virtual assistant, upload photos of products on shelves, as well as receipts containing the necessary items.

For each action, the bot earns points that can be exchanged for bonuses (for example, subscriptions to music services and online cinemas). The system also transmits analytics on the implementation of the sales plan to pharmacy managers, who can provide additional bonuses to employees.
