Client

Colgate-Palmolive Company is one of the most popular brands–manufacturers of hygiene products, such as soap, oral hygiene products, toothpaste and brushes, pet food, and household chemicals.

Context

Automate quarterly audit of equipment in eight CIS countries with the help of an administrative panel and a chatbot in Telegram.

Task

We have developed a Telegram chatbot for centralized information collection. Sales representatives of the company visit stores in different countries, install equipment, photograph it, and upload it to the system, where they are seen by controlling employees. To visually display the information, we have created an administrative panel based on the Django web framework, which allows you to update the status of checks and add comments.

Solution

The project is at the testing stage. The solution will provide the company with quick and convenient access to up-to-date information on the completeness and condition of equipment in eight CIS countries.
