Task

Automate the training process for Mary Kay consultants who are promoted to Director.

Solution

We have developed a chatbot in Viber and Telegram, which accumulates all the data about the consultant from the Mary Kay corporate system. Through a virtual assistant, an employee can find out the percentage of plan completion and other information, write to the supervisor, upload documents.

In turn, the bot sends a training newsletter to the consultant. To do this, we have set up email and SMS integration of the system with the Divino service. The administrator can easily change the phrases of the bot in real time.
