We have developed chatbots in three popular messengers (WhatsApp, Viber and Telegram), as well as a voice bot for the customer support hotline. Virtual assistants help you choose the right pet food, find out the composition of diets, production technologies and contacts of available points of sale, as well as leave a complaint or offer cooperation (an option for nurseries and breeders).
