Create an automated channel for medical representatives to get advice on relevant issues using a smart knowledge base search.

Solution

We have developed a Telegram chatbot that, after authorization, provides Servier employees with access to data from various sources (YouTube, websites, internal resources of the company).

Using smart search, the virtual assistant helps to get information about medicines, indications and contraindications to their use, dosages, as well as nosology materials that can be shared with a doctor.
